As Co-Founder and Managing Director, Sean Clarke has been a driving force behind Raw Hire since its inception in 1998. With a trade background as a coded welder and early experience in the automotive sector, Sean identified a clear opportunity to service the growing demand for mine site-ready vehicles across Western Australia’s Pilbara region — and built a business to meet it.

Sean’s hands-on leadership style, deep technical understanding, and commercial insight have shaped Raw Hire into a market leader over the past 28 years. His ability to anticipate industry needs and champion innovation has ensured the business remains agile, trusted, and future-focused.

His leadership has been recognised with multiple accolades, including GWN WA Business of the Year, the Rising Stars Award, and personal recognition as a WA Business News 40 Under 40 recipient.

Lisa Clarke co-founded Raw Hire in 1998 alongside Sean, bringing a strong foundation in business development, customer service excellence, and operational leadership. Her background as a hospitality business owner instilled a deep appreciation for service quality, team culture, and long-term relationship building — principles that continue to underpin the Raw Hire brand.

As Founding Director, Lisa has played a pivotal role in shaping Raw Hire’s values, reputation, and people-first approach. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and clear decision-making, she has guided the company’s growth while maintaining a strong focus on culture and client experience.

Lisa’s leadership has been widely recognised, including being named one of The West Australian’s Top 50 Businesswomen and a WA Business News 40 Under 40 award recipient.

BBus / BA

Ashlee Barrett joined Raw Hire in 2021 and quickly established herself as a highly capable and adaptable leader within the business. Beginning as Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator, she demonstrated a strong ability to manage complexity, navigate operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

Following a brief career break, Ashlee returned to Raw Hire in 2023 and was rapidly promoted through Operations Leader to Fleet Operations Manager within six months. In her current role, she oversees fleet performance and operational efficiency, ensuring systems, processes, and teams are aligned to deliver consistent results.

Ashlee is recognised for her measured leadership style, attention to detail, and ability to balance operational demands with long-term improvement initiatives.

Kelly Bruins brings more than two decades of experience with Raw Hire, having played a key role in the company’s growth and evolution across multiple phases. She began her career with the business in Karratha, progressed to establish and operate Raw Hire’s first satellite branch in Port Hedland, and later transitioned into quality management and project delivery at Head Office.

After time away developing her skills externally, Kelly returned to Raw Hire in a senior organisational development role, where she now leads system development, strategic planning, and transformational initiatives.

Known for her ability to translate strategy into practical operational outcomes, Kelly is a trusted driver of change, helping ensure Raw Hire remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with its long-term vision.

B.Comm (Honours) and CPA

Wajih Zaidi joined Raw Hire in March 2024, bringing over 12 years of experience across public and private sector organisations, including senior leadership roles. With a strong foundation in financial governance and strategic planning, Wajih provides clear financial insight to support informed decision-making across the business.

His expertise spans budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, enabling Raw Hire to balance operational performance with sustainable growth. Known for his collaborative approach and analytical mindset, Wajih works closely with leadership to support innovation and long-term value creation.

Dylan Reichelt joined Raw Hire in 2025, bringing more than 15 years’ experience across the automotive and finance sectors. With a strong background in sales, account management, and client engagement, Dylan plays a key role in supporting major projects from tendering through to delivery.

His qualifications across commerce, financial planning, business risk, and insurance underpin a considered and analytical approach to client solutions. Dylan is known for his clear communication style and ability to build trusted, long-term relationships, ensuring clients receive practical, reliable, and value-driven outcomes.

Ashlin Cetinich joined Raw Hire in 2023 and has rapidly progressed to Operations Team Leader for the Welshpool branch. As the primary operational lead for Perth, she oversees day-to-day client-facing operations while ensuring service delivery remains efficient, safe, and responsive.

Working closely with operations and sales teams, Ashlin coordinates resources, supports team performance, and resolves challenges as they arise. Her hands-on leadership style, strong organisational skills, and deep operational knowledge make her a trusted point of contact for both clients and colleagues.

Ashlin plays a key role in ensuring Raw Hire consistently delivers on its commitments while adapting to the evolving needs of clients and projects.
