As Co-Founder and Managing Director, Sean Clarke has been a driving force behind Raw Hire since its inception in 1998. With a trade background as a coded welder and early experience in the automotive sector, Sean identified a clear opportunity to service the growing demand for mine site-ready vehicles across Western Australia’s Pilbara region — and built a business to meet it.
Sean’s hands-on leadership style, deep technical understanding, and commercial insight have shaped Raw Hire into a market leader over the past 28 years. His ability to anticipate industry needs and champion innovation has ensured the business remains agile, trusted, and future-focused.

Ashlee Barrett joined Raw Hire in 2021 and quickly established herself as a highly capable and adaptable leader within the business. Beginning as Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator, she demonstrated a strong ability to manage complexity, navigate operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
Following a brief career break, Ashlee returned to Raw Hire in 2023 and was rapidly promoted through Operations Leader to Fleet Operations Manager within six months. In her current role, she oversees fleet performance and operational efficiency, ensuring systems, processes, and teams are aligned to deliver consistent results.
