Founded in Karratha in 1998, Raw Hire’s success is testament to the foresight and commitment of husband and wife team Sean and Lisa Clarke, who launched the operation with one four-wheel drive and a vision to set new standards of service in vehicle hire.
The company is privately owned and funded, successfully combining the flexibility of small business with the depth and resources of a significant corporation, led by Sean and Lisa Clarke.

Diverse Fleet Range
A fleet of more than 1,100 late-model vehicles, including light commercials, trucks, buses, cars, specialty 4WD, trailers and accessories. We are always willing and able to introduce new vehicle categories or customise fleet to support our clients.
Our fleet is typically retired at three years or 100,000 kilometres. Our hire and sale stock are all maintained to OEM specifications, recent models with low kilometres.
Hire Enquiries
It is easy to get a quote or book a hire vehicle with Raw Hire. Both account and non-account holders can enquire via phone or online, with a guaranteed response from our customer service team within four hours. Each written quotation has all the information required to assist in making a booking.
Centralised Customer Service
Our knowledgeable customer service team delivers every client efficient, personalised access to any queries they may have. A customer service coordinator is assigned to each of our account customers ensuring a single point of contact for bookings, quotes, account queries and other operational queries.
Licensed Dealer & Finance Provider
Raw Hire does more than rent vehicles; as licensed dealers, we supply customised vehicles, procure new fleet and sell high-quality ex-rental vehicles.
Fleet Servicing
Raw Hire has the ability to provide external fleet servicing, for clients under contract. These services can be requested and are available at convenient locations throughout WA, based on your hire location. We strive to deliver fast turnaround and have the capabilities to deliver on-site servicing packs.

Laing O’Rourke
Raw Hire has been fulfilling Laing O’Rourke’s fleet requirements since 2008. Other competitors were unable to support Laing O’Rourke with a customised fleet in the necessary time frame, however, Raw Hire was able to overcome this issue by extending our fleet range by purchasing and customising vehicles ranging from LV’s to Water Carts.
Raw Hire continues to offer Laing O’Rourke fleet versatility and can demonstrate and understand the differences between size and conditions therefore able to recommend and supply a tailored package to suit.
Raw Hire strives to provide a total solution that enhances the initial vehicle hire. When vehicle damage occurs Raw Hire supports Laing O’Rourke’s internal audit by providing detailed situational reports, third party repair quotes and damage summaries. Raw Hire has customised its processes and procedures to support Laing O’Rourke; providing pre-hire and post-hire condition reports and coordinating third party supplier repairers in order to ensure a consistent and fluid service.
