Sean Clarke co-founded Raw Hire in 1998, driven by his vision to meet the growing demand for mine site-ready vehicles in Western Australia's Pilbara region. A coded welder by trade, with a background in automotive, Sean’s hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in shaping the success of Raw Hire and transforming the landscape of vehicle hire over the past 27 years. His extensive knowledge of both the resources and motor vehicle industries has ensured that Raw Hire remains at the forefront of market demands, continually delivering innovative solutions.

Sean’s leadership and dedication have earned Raw Hire numerous accolades, including the GWN WA Business of the Year, the Rising Stars Award, and his personal recognition as a 40 Under 40 Award recipient by WA Business News. Sean is the Dealer Principal and Managing Director of Raw Hire.

Lisa co-founded Raw Hire in 1998 alongside Sean, leveraging her extensive background in business development and customer service excellence. Her previous experience in the hospitality industry as a business owner has instilled in her a strong commitment to building positive business culture and a trusted reputation for delivering exceptional service. As the Founding Director, Lisa has been instrumental in shaping Raw Hire's success, guiding the company with her honest and professional approach.

Lisa continues to drive the company’s growth and success, maintaining a commitment to excellence that has become synonymous with the Raw Hire brand. In 2012, she was named one of the Top 50 Businesswomen by The West Australian Newspaper and was a WA Business News 40 Under 40 Award recipient in 2010.

Dijana has been a cornerstone of the Raw Hire team for over 12 years, bringing her unwavering dedication to every role she’s taken on. As a licensed vehicle salesperson, she has specialised in all aspects of vehicle sales and hire services, providing every client with the best possible service for their projects, even in the most challenging cases. Now, as Raw Hire’s Relationship & Brand Ambassador, Dijana is focused on supporting our clients across all areas.

Dijana is focused on delivering exceptional client support across all areas of the business and shaping Raw Hire’s marketing strategy. Her extensive knowledge of both the company and the industries Raw Hire serves allows her to tailor customised agreements, contracts, and proposals that align with each client's individual requirements. Dijana's commitment to going the extra mile ensures that every client receives personalised attention and support throughout their engagement with Raw Hire.

BBus / BA

Ashlee's journey with Raw Hire began in January 2021 as a Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator where her ability to navigate and adapt to daily challenges with ease became evident. After a year and a half, Ashlee took a brief hiatus to welcome her beautiful baby boy. Returning in 2023, Ashlee's dedication and expertise led to her promotion as Operations Leader.

Just six months later, she was promoted to Fleet Operations Manager, where she continues to streamline processes and drive results with her adaptive, measured, and efficient approach.

Kelly first joined Raw Hire over two decades ago, starting her career with the business in Karratha within Customer Service. She opened and operated Raw Hire’s first satellite branch in Port Hedland. Following this success, Kelly transitioned to develop Raw Hire’s Head Office, moving into Quality Management and Projects. After a period away to further develop her skills outside the team, Kelly returned to Raw Hire, where she now plays a pivotal role in system development and strategic planning.

Known for her ability to bridge strategic planning with operational change, Kelly continues to drive organisational development and lead transformative initiatives within the company.

B.Comm (Honours) and CPA

Wajih joined Raw Hire in March 2024, bringing with him over 12 years of experience in both public and private sector organisations, and senior leadership positions. Since joining, Wajih has quickly become an integral part of the team, known for his collaborative mindset and considered approach.

With a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, Wajih ensures that Raw Hire can continue to grow and innovate.
